This cream is suitable for all ages, including newborns, and is free from fragrances. The formulation incorporates a “film-forming effect” using Vaseline and liquid paraffin, which acts to prevent moisture loss by creating a barrier that hinders evaporation, thus safeguarding against dehydration and external irritants. Additionally, glycerol provides a moisturizing effect that supports the skin's hydration levels. Due to its unique composition, DEXERYL cream not only addresses symptoms of dry skin but also aids in minimizing and preventing irritations.
