Recording a video while you open the package

Be sure to take video of the the whole process from opening the parcel to pre-installation tests should be provided to us within 72 hours after you received. If any problem arises, you can send your video as valid evidence.

Test Before Installation

When testing, please do not remove any protective film or tags. Please pay attention to the problem of static electricity, and keep the cables clean.

Do not Over Bend

Please make sure LCD cable Do not over-bend. Over 90 degrees bent will cause black display.

Do not overtighten the screws

Over-tightening the screws may damage the LCD, resulting in permanent damage to the LCD.
