How to Use DTF printer ?

1. Print: The image is printed onto a clear PET film using a DTF printer. It prints color inks (CMYK) first, followed by a layer of white ink on top.

2. Powder: While the ink is still wet, a hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the film. The powder only sticks to the wet ink.

3. Cure: The film is heated (in an oven or under a heat press) to melt the powder. This cures the ink and creates a glue layer on the back of the design.

4. Transfer: The film is placed on the fabric and pressed with a heat press (typically around 300°F / 150°C for 15 seconds).

5. Peel: After cooling, the film is peeled off, leaving the design permanently adhered to the fabric.
