📋 Return Conditions
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt
- The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and documents must be included
- Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable
- Opened hygienic products are not refundable for health reasons
💰 Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
- OrizonShop Voucher: immediate (valid for 12 months)
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect product: free return, shipping costs covered by us
- Change of mind: shipping costs paid by the customer (€5.90)
- Orders over €100: free return for any reason
