I haven't received my tracking number, what should I do?
The tracking number is sent via email within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Please also check your spam folder. If you can't find it, contact us.
Tracking isn't updating, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. For international shipments, tracking may not update for several days during transit. If it hasn't updated for more than 10 days, contact us.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it?
Check with your neighbors or doorman. If the problem persists, contact us within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
