Because some ISO connectors swap the function of A4 pin cable and A7 pin cable.

2) Is it suitable for all car radios?

3) Does the harness adapter support steering wheel control function?

Yes, it has three wires (Key 1, Key 2, and Key GND) for steering wheel control function. But they are not in the ISO connector. You need to connect them to the car's steering wheel control function wires.
