No, because the Quadlock 40 pin connector pinout functions are different for some car models. So please check before order.

2) Is it suitable for all car radios?

No, the car radio connector must be 20 pin type and the pinount functions must be the same

3) Does the harness adapter support steering wheel control function?

Yes, it has three wires (Key 1, Key 2 and Key GND) for steering wheel control function. But they are not in Qualdock 40 pin connector. You need to connect them to car steering wheel control function wires.
