A: We are a trading company affiliated to a factory, mainly for overseas markets.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 30-45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?

A: Usually we need to know your car model and the wheel diameter, width, CB, PCD, and ET to provide a quick quotation.

Q4: When can I get the price?

A: On average, we will send you the quotation as soon as possible after receiving your inquiry. If the product requires mould customization, the time required is 12 hours.

Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample. Freight and samples are not free. If you order in large quantities, we can refund the cost of samples.

Q6: What are your terms of payment?

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q7: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.

Q8: What is your MOQ?

A: Generally four pieces.
