Q1. What wheel sizes can you provide?
A: We can offer wheels with sizes from 10 inch to 30 inch. The maximum width we can make is 16 inch.

Q2. What production processes for alloy wheels can you provide?
A: We can offer both regular gravity casting, low pressure casting, flow forming and forging.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: For our existing molds, the MOQ is 100 pcs per mold, 2 colors can be mixed.
For a customized style, it needs to be discussed according to order details.

Q4: What information do I need to provide for a quote?
A: To get an accurate quote, we need to receive a specific inquiry including model number, size, PCD, ET, CB, finish, and order quantity.

Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM with customer's logo, wheel design, and packaging design.

Q6: How to deliver the wheels?

* FFor LCL shipments with the same quantity, both sea and air transport can be considered.

* For container shipment, only sea shipping is recommended. We can offer a freight forwarder to the customer and also accept the customer's designated shipping agent.

Q7. What are the options for box packaging?
There are two options for the box:
* Neutral packaging, brown or white color;
* The color box with customer's logo and graphics. Usually a MOQ is needed to customize the box.

In addition to the box, other packaging materials include pearl cotton, shower cap, plastic protective ring, PVC bag, corner protectors.

Q8. What are your payment terms?
T/T with advance payment and balance against bill of lading copy is the usual method;
L/C at sight can be accepted. Final terms will be discussed according to order details.

Q9. What are your delivery terms?
FOB, CFR, CIF are standard terms, DDU can be offered if the customer requests it.

Q10. What is your delivery time?
30~45 days for existing mold production after receiving the down payment;
