1. Please provide the custom forged wheel information you need:

2. After confirming the customization details, select the deposit option to place the order. We will provide a design rendering within 3 business days of receiving the deposit order.
3. Make full payment after all sizes, colors and machining details in the rendering are confirmed. Production time is 15-25 days.
4. We will provide photos of the finished wheels after production is complete.
5. We will arrange shipping once you confirm the photos of your wheels.
6. When the package is shipped, we will provide the logistics tracking number and website for logistics information inquiry.

Q1: How can I get a quote immediately?
A: Tell us your car style, wheel diameter, width, PCD, CB, etc., and the type of wheel hub you need. We will reply to you immediately.
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: at least 4
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A1: for stock orders: within 10 working days after 100% payment.
A2: Production order for a single wheel hub: 20-30 days after 30% deposit. Production order for two wheel hubs: 30-50 days after 30% deposit.
A3: for OEM orders: 30-70 days after 50% deposit.
Q4: How do you guarantee that the effect/appearance of the rim is what I want?
A: We have been designing and manufacturing forged rims for over 10 years. We have a design team, a business team, and a workshop. We can customize rim sizes and designs for customers. We will make 3D drawings according to your requirements. After your confirmation of the effect and data, we will arrange processing and production.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A1: We recommend you place an order through Alibaba Trade Guarantee, which will minimize the risk by ensuring a refund in case the supplier fails to meet the terms of the order contract (including delayed delivery, quality and quantity discrepancies or other processing problems).
A2: 30% of the deposit shall be paid by bank transfer (TT), and 70% of the balance shall be paid after delivery of the shipping documents.
