• Please note that due to the long transit time during shipping, the product's packaging may arrive with some deformation. By confirming your order, you accept this condition, and we are unable to offer refunds for packaging imperfections. We appreciate your understanding.

• Creases and wear that occur on footwear during normal use are considered normal wear and tear.

• Due to the use of adhesive in the manufacturing process, please understand that slight adhesive overflow may occur.

• New products, shoes in production, used from materials, for example leather, synthetic leather, rubber, fabric, foam and adhesives may originate specific scents. You may place the items in a cool, well-ventilated area. The odor will gradually diminish over time.

• Damage resulting from improper use, washing, maintenance, or care, or damage caused by your own repairs, modifications, or other human factors does not constitute a product quality issue.
